Matthias Lindner is a Managing Partner at Nuno. He has 10+ years of experience in strategic and operational supply chain management in the retail (consumer goods & food), automotive (Tier 1) and manufacturing industries.

With a goal-oriented and process-driven approach, he stands for innovative solutions in the supply chain. His focus is always on customer benefits. As a consultant, Matthias’ strength combines conceptual work with operational implementation, both in interdisciplinary project management and in process optimization along the supply chain.

Professionally, he draws energy from seeing projects realized and in his private life he draws it from running, CrossFit, and good times with his two daughters.

Bernhard Sauer is a Managing Partner at nuno, with 14+ years of experience in building sustainable solutions in the consumer (food) industry. Managing the purchasing, SCM/Logistics, and e-commerce dimension have convinced him: Digital competence and supply chain excellence are strategic key success factors.

In his work, Bernhard places a strong focus on the trifecta of people, processes, and technology, as well as merging the context of external change drivers with the company’s DNA and experience. His pragmatic approach quickly produces measurable results.

Food plays a central role at Bernhard’s home as well: he has a passion for creative cooking and he draws inspiration from traveling, spending time with this family, and keeping up with digital trends.

Stephanie Lauer is a consultant for Nuno. She gained experiences in supply chain and warehouse management in the retail (food) and manufacturing industries. Her passion for IT-systems and processes supports her focus on sustainable process optimization. 

Throughout this she never leaves out the most important impact: the involved employees. With her open and communicative style each project will be influenced with implementation speed and know-how.  

In her private life she draws energy from sports and her search for the perfect rowing stroke!
